• Started his rugby career at the age of 8 at Seaton Rangers ARLFC and played alongside current player Conor Fitszimmons.
• Signed for Wigan Warriors in 2014 on their scholarship system .
• Has represented England at Youth (2015) and Academy (2016 and 2017) level, as well as being a double Academy Grand Final Winner with Wigan.
• Was handed a professional deal with the Wigan Warriors ahead of the 2018 season, despite having two years to run in the Club’s Academy side.
• Won the 2017 (vs Castleford) and 2018 (vs Leeds) Academy Grand Finals after coming off the bench on both occasions at the DW Stadium.
• Featured for dual-registration Club Swinton Lions in 2017.
• Played for Workington Town in a short loan deal in 2018 contributing 7 tries and a string of strong performances.
• In December 2018, the 19-year old signed for Workington on a one-year loan deal for the 2019 season.
• 2019 Caine was nominated for the Betfred Young Player of the Year at the end of season awards.
• 2020 Caine signed a permanent contract with us and we are looking forward to see him develop.
• 2022 off season Caine remained a Townie despite strong interest from other clubs and committed to a new contract.
• A man of few words but immensely proud to wear the Blue and White of our club.

Ahead of 2023 Caine said;

'I love playing for Town, I'm looking forward to enjoying my rugby again and I'm very proud about how happy it makes my family when they watch me play for Town, I'm hoping for a good season under Muzza'
