We are now looking ahead to the Betfred League 1 campaign in 2024 with head coach Anthony Murray heading into his 2nd season with Workington Town. The league format is now confirmed of 20 fixtures, 10 home, 10 away plus a play off structure and a regional group stage in the 1895 cup sees us play both Cumbrian rivals Barrow Raiders and Whitehaven at the Fibrus Community Stadium.

Workington Town's average attendance in 2022 and 2023 was over 1000 with a peak of over 1500 and a competitive season on the pitch with us finishing in the play offs, over recent season we have seen over 3400 in attendance in the Play Off final of 2021 and most recently we hosted a 3000 crowd when Cumbria beat Jamaica in a World Cup warm up game ahead of the 2022/23 World Cup!

Our commitment to inspiring our community is strengthened with the addition of the Workington Town Ladies RLFC alongside our continued commitment to support the renowned Ladies football team Workington Reds Ladies FC.

We offer some excellent exposure for your business and brand! We are forward thinking, inclusive and ambitious, the Workington Reds Ladies FC will become Workington Town Women FC ahead of their next season 2024/25 playing under our crest and colours!

In addition we will be adopting another local sports club who will also play under our banner! - All to be revealed by the end of February 2024!

We have a evolving calender of events peaking in November with the 'Light up the Night ' fireworks display which attracts over 4000 local people all of which were exposed to the numerous partnership branding around our stadium!

All of this is supplemented by our expert media and marketing team which ensures we showcase your brand to our passionate 30,000 social and digital audience!
