An amazing modern inclusive story - amazing history - amazing potential!

Earlier this season, Workington Town made a pledge to where we would like to be as a sporting organisation by 2027!

Today Workington Town RLFC is now an inclusive and exciting place to be, impacting many people in the area and we would like to appeal to potential interested individuals, existing partners or potential groups to invest in the club and help fully awaken the sleeping giant of Workington Town RLFC!

Why now is the time!

We are a proud, historic sports club at the heart of the community with a modern vision.

A new future in a new shared stadium facility offers so many new opportunities that the area has needed for so long!

Workington Town Ladies RLFC team was created and is thriving! we have won silverware in only our 2nd season and currently sit top of the table in line for promotion, that will place the team 1 promotion away from the Betfred Women's Super League!

The progress is astounding!

Workington Town Women FC and their development side play from the Fibrus Community stadium, within 2 years of being with us they too are growing fast! - the development team is a major step forward for young female footballers in the area!

Allerdale Girls FC have rebranded and adopted Workington Town Girls FC as their name and over 250 female players are now associated with Workington Town providing a pathway from age 6 to open age, whether playing for fun or inspired to be the best they can be, we have a pathway solution and are inspiring generations!

Workington Town Netball have become a firm highlight with their on court success and are also part of the Town family!

We have reborn the charitable arm - The Workington Town Community Trust and steps are being taken forward every day as we impact those who need it most, aiming to create opportunity for all demographics!

We have a facility that can host many events that can generate revenue to support our aims!

To build upon this exciting period Workington Town RLFC needs more support and help to create a further improved infrastructure that facilitates the growth and opportunities that are present as we move the whole organisation forward and we are appealing for people to talk with us and see how we can work together to maximise the opportunity that stands before us!

Our Social media reach and fanbase potential.

We have approaching 30000 social media accounts and GDPR email databases and some amazing reach figures to share our news and opportunities.

At the moment we are on Facebook, X, Instagram, Youtube and tiktok.

We have an average matchday attendance of over 1000 with a vibrant matchday enjoyed by many pre and post match!

We have reached peak attendances in the last 3 years of over 3000 fans! The potential is there to succeed and for the local area to back it!
