THE 1945 CLUB!

The 1945 Club is being relaunched and has been steadily growing in numbers! 

Are you ready to make a difference to recruitment and retention for 2024!

We feel the club can be a key contributor to helping us build on a promising 2023 season, add additional quality and have a strong 2024! 

The Board of Directors at Workington Town RLFC have been carrying out careful analysis on all our operations and now that analysis has brought us to the 1945 Club, a great idea in principle when introduced but it hasn't quite been implemented the way it was intended. It's improvement has been noted and we feel can continue to grow it!

We feel we are in a place now where we can make the 1945 a success and we want you to be a part of it!

These are the benefits included for 1945 members! 

• 1945 Club members will have access to the private bar and seating areas within the Legends Lounge joining The Blue Knights in an exclusive area for those supporters who want to go that little bit further with their support.

• That area includes a beer garden, host and is adjacent to the Myers & Bowman Fanzone! 

Other benefits.

• Players and coaches will pop in and say hello briefly before matches at approximately 1pm, you can come and go as you wish, just show your 1945 Club card that you will be issued with! 

• You will be allowed 1 guest to join you in the Legends Lounge per game. *Match admission is still to be paid.

• All alcoholic drinks in the 1945 lounge will be subject to a £1 discount from within the Lounge only.

• A membership card will be issued, name number and this will also provide 10% discount on merchandise in the Club shop and full Tom Mitchell VIP lounge bookings.

• All funds will be 'ring fenced' for recruiting and retention purposes.

• When a signing is sealed, you will be emailed in advance of full announcement across our media channels.

• You will receive regular 'In the know' club emails from Director of Rugby Gary Murdock. 

• There will be the option of paying for 3,6 or 12 months in a single payment, or to set up a standing order monthly.

• The monthly fee will be £19.45.

Payment options are available;

• If paying for 3 months, 6 months  or 12 months up front we will apply discounts of the following:

• 3 months should be £58.35 - will be £54
• 6 months should be £116.70 - will be £99
• 12 months should be £233.40 - will be £195
