TRSC JUST GIVING PAGE REACHES £5000!

The Travellers Rest Supporters Club JustGiving page is nearly halfway towards reaching it's target of £10,000 as supporters continue to work hard to ensure Workington Town RLFC survives as an important part of our community.

Our amazing supporters and Rugby League fans afar have now donated over £5000 which is fantastic!

Travellers Rest Supporters Club Statement.

As fans we cannot underestimate the threat that the coronavirus and league suspension poses to our club. While we know there are a number of competing priorities for us all in this difficult time, we wanted to do our bit to ensure that we have a club to support in the future.

Workington Town is a part of the fabric of our history and our community. It would be a huge loss to our area if they were no longer around.

So we ask that if you can donate whatever you can to help secure the future of the club, as well as Chris's promising squad, so that we can enjoy watching them achieve what we believe they can on the pitch.
