Squad news.

Calvin Wellington returns to the 19 as Town aim to build upon last weeks resilient performance in the victory against London Skolars. Ryan Fieldhouse (knee), Oliver Wilkes (knee) and Tyler Lancaster (Collar bone) are out although the positive news is that Tyler's injury isn't as bad as first feared and he will return to training shortly. On Wednesday Distington coaches Paul Farrell and Carl Hewer attended training and sat in on Chris Thorman's video analysis and then watched the session, this will be followed by Workington Town being guests of the Distington club as they entertain Seaton Rangers at home on Saturday, KO 2:30pm.

On matchday all Distington Club members, players, committee and junior section will be guests as we return to Derwent Park. Junior members will be mascots and flag bearers!

At 1:15pm there will also be a re-run of Keighley Cougars V Distington ARL from this season's Challenge Cup clash, an absolute cracking match!

The main event Town v Cougars is followed by a Karaoke session in the Gus Risman bar and strong rumours are circulating that this will be Distington's favourite part of the day!
