WORKINGTON Town appoint Tom McKeating to board of directors!

The Workington Town board has expanded its capability by appointing Tom McKeating as a director.

Tom works in the nuclear industry with a background in commercial and strategy development. Tom McKeating said ‘’I’m delighted to have been appointed to the board at Town. I’ve been involved with the club for a number of years in different ways, most recently in leading the refresh of the club’s long term strategy. One of my specific roles will be to make sure that we’re delivering against that, and really capturing the many opportunities we’ve got to develop the club. It’s a great time to be involved with Workington Town. We’re focussing on getting the right people involved both on and off the pitch. We’ve recruited a talented head coach and we’re all pulling in the same direction.The club is such an important part of the West Cumbrian community and I want to be a part of all the positives things that rugby league brings to the area.
